Project lead for high value retail client

Noel was initially asked to provide project governance and act as the conduit between the business and the executive on a village extension.

Noel produced the plan, coordinated function activity (finance, marketing, operations, leasing) and managed the RAID log on behalf of the Steering group ensuring the on time opening and integration to the existing village of 33 new boutiques with all the fanfare associated with the Bicester Village Shopping Collection.

Noel was further contracted to provide the same governance and function coordination for an office review, company restructure and other village expansions.
