After successfully completing a number of projects with NSL, Noel was tasked to lead a review of the heavily regulated patient transport business to see what efficiencies could be made.
Following the review, a number of business cases were presented to the Exec recommending the centralisation of business processing services and a number of resources efficiencies.
Noel managed the transition of services from the local centres to the central hub and the adjustment to staffing. This was all done in consultation with the Care Quality Commission and other high-profile stakeholders.
