A technology leader with over 25 years experience of digital transformation, change management, IT department and programme leadership. Damian works with organisations to help them define and build teams that are capable of executing their business and technology strategies to meet company objectives.
Prior to joining D-Drop Consulting, Damian worked with a number of organisations: Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, Whitbread, Value Retail and Picsolve International, to drive quick and foundational changes to their business by leading in the development and deployment of new technology.
These roles involved responsibility for digital transformation, legacy system modernisation, application and infrastructure consolidation and portfolio management. He has led several initiatives in the development of new products and built high calibre teams to accelerate delivery to market. Having started his career in business, Damian has always focussed on ensuring that technology and technology teams are aligned with the goals of the business, to drive revenue and profit.

Living just outside Milton Keynes, Damian also supports clients in and around London, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. He is highly ethical with a passion for business improvement.
Keen to ensure the business derives maximum value from any investment in technology, and that it extracts maximum value from existing systems – Damian delivers value from day one!
When not working, he likes to spend time with his wife and two children. He also likes running and indoor rowing, having recently completed a half marathon and a marathon distance in both disciplines. His charitable interests centre primarily on raising money for Diabetes UK and JDRF following his daughter’s Type 1 diagnosis in Dec 2017. Damian is very passionate about recognising their ongoing efforts in this field and for helping thousands of people like his beautiful daughter.
