Large scale and complex technology deployment project

Following the purchase of 330 pubs by Laurel Pub Company from Mitchells and Butlers, Noel contracted for Centrality to manage the replacement of the outlet IT systems.

Noel recruited and managed a team of 90+. Implementers worked nationally guided by the PMO hub in Hertfordshire. All 330+ pubs were retrofitted and the staff trained within the tight transition agreement deadline.
