Major outsource service programme

When Westminster City Council were outsourcing their Parking Services contract to NSL, Noel was contracted as the Programme Manager ensuring on time on budget service contract commencement.

The programme was media sensitive and technically complex, requiring the integration of many supplier systems to provide accurate and real time information. Deliverables included a 200-seat business processing centre, a public facing information and transactional website, 150 trained enforcement officers with associated equipment and the management systems to support the contract SLAs.
