Transition of a large public sector service

When the DVLA chose NSL to manage their road Tax Evasion Service, Noel was contracted to manage the transition from Capita to NSL.

Noel worked with the technical teams to design the cloud-based software solution and infrastructure. The transition was carried out under significant management scrutiny due to it being the first contract award after the failed west coast mainline contract award.

The programme delivered 12 new service centres across the UK, supporting cloud-based infrastructure connecting NSL and DVLA systems, new service vehicles and 120 TUPEd staff.
